Irina brings 20 years of experience as a yoga instructor, using her unique art to facilitate relaxation and well-being. She is also a meditation coach using the sought after Tibetan meditation bowls that help promote calmness, stress reduction, better sleep, mindfulness and balance chakras.
Irina has successfully guided over 400 individuals through transformative yoga experiences.
She has conducted over 175 meditation sessions, each tailored to relaxation and stress reduction.
With over 20 years of experience in Yoga and Meditation, Irina is dedicated to promoting mental wellbeing and thoughtfulness.
